Lately service has been falling off and recently took my truck in for oil change (which I run only synthetic oil) and they put in standard oil , called McKenzie up and she admitted to the mistake but said I will have to pay the difference in the cost , I won’t argue but my time must mean nothing at all . They should change the oil for free since it will cost me a 1/4 of my day for their mistake . Just good business I would say . Definitely not as pleased lately . Just seams all they want is you to bow down . Maybe time to start looking for new dealership ? More

Brake repair and oil change Since my truck is a 2003 they were able to use aftermarket parts to reduce the cost of the repair. They didn't push me to do my own service on a couple smaller items that I could do like bulb replacement and battery terminal cleaning. All work done in expedient manner. I had them check the U-joints and they said they were fine so didn't need replacement. They let me know some things that were marginal so I could decide if I wanted them repaired now or at a future date. More
