Guy called me in the afternoon says it needs a battery before they can do any further diagnostics and that he would be installing a new battery and it's going to cost us 450+ just for the battery. I asked him to put a shop battery in or a charger on to do the rest of the diagnostics as long as we are paying for a diagnostic test. He said he couldn't. we were not paying a stupid amount for a battery. When we picked it up they wanted more for the rental than the rental agreement. Stupid. The service manager was not a people person, We have always dealt with Mekenzie. We will never go to that location again. More
Service was top notch. The only disappointment was the fact that you get charged for the diagnosis even when you get the work done. I only brought my truck in because I bought the extended warranty. That is utterly ridiculous and a very, very good reason not to buy another Durango or to get it serviced at this dealership. Up until this point I have been a Dodge owner for 20 years. However, $400 for two keys!? Seriously ridiculous. Additionally, the fact that you claimed that the aftermarket key that I brought in "wouldn't program" additionally seems like a load of BS. On Amazon, this replacement key has a 4.8 rating out of five with over 1900 ratings. Meaning it was great value for everyone else that ordered it, but my dealership couldn't program it? More

They said it was the rear breaks and replaced them, but I still have issues with the front breaks and will have to bring it back in again or do it myself. They were able to fix an error with my car's clock right away that another dealership failed to do after trying multiple times. More
