I will point out that when I called to make the appointment (under 30 day warranty) the woman was not very friendly, and told me if I had to leave my vehicle over night, then I would need to pay fo appointment (under 30 day warranty) the woman was not very friendly, and told me if I had to leave my vehicle over night, then I would need to pay for a rental. So, I opted to wait instead in hopes that it would not be too long. I'm thankful this was not the case once I arrived at the Service Center to drop off my vehicle, where I was informed right away that they needed to keep my vehicle for a few days. Otherwise, my experience was great and Jorge Velez excelled my expectations from the time I walked in until my vehicle was picked up. More

I found three mistakes before even driving my car off their property. I have brought my car here many times without too many problems but this time it was awful. They had my miles on my car completely wr their property. I have brought my car here many times without too many problems but this time it was awful. They had my miles on my car completely wrong which then meant entering my paper was wrong. On top of that, they gave me a blend oil for half the price I was paying before. Why wasn’t I giving that deal that past 4 oil changes? I asked them if they put the correct oil in because my bill was half the price. They kept saying they did but something just didn’t seem to add up. On top of that, I get into my car and the sticker for my next oil change is almost 6000 miles lower then what it should read. There was just too many errors and I felt very uneasy letting someone work on my car who was making simple errors. More

Service was slow. They said they would wash truck but didn’t. They recommended replacing lug nuts, which I have never heard of, promised it would be finished in 25 minutes but took an hour. didn’t. As usual the service was top notch and no issue with that. However the lack of masks required by customers was alarming. Waited a bit to write this review after I have driven the Jeep a few times after the repair. Had to do some follow up after some brake work done and it started having some noise and burning smell. Contacted Jeep a few times after the repair. Had to do some follow up after some brake work done and it started having some noise and burning smell. Contacted the service department and they got me scheduled right away. They even provided a rental even when they did the concierge service (picked it up from my house). Excellent service and work!
