First of all, I would just like to say that I thought if I took my truck into a dealership to have work done, the work would be done properly by professionals. But I was wrong. I took my truck into the dealership to have a power steering pump put in. When I asked them to make an appointment they told me that they couldn't get the oem part in for a minimum of 4 months. But with a after market pump, they could get one in as soon as the next day. I asked what was wrong with a aftermarket part and they said that they can't warranty the part since it's not an oem. But that the pump would still have a warranty through the manufacturer. With it starting to get cold and it almost being winter, I didn't want to wait four months to get my truck fixed. So I went through with the appointment and had them change the pump. When I picked the truck up I noticed that the steering was still really stiff and the service advisor told me that it would be stiff for a couple of days and that it would go away. So I drove it home and to work the next day. On the way home from work my belt started squealing like crazy. Upon getting home I went to crawl under my truck to see where the squeal was coming from and there was a little puddle of power steering fluid on the ground. So I went to check the reservoir and it was extremely low. Within 24 hrs. I put some more fluid in and went to try turning the wheel and the pump just started spraying fluid everywhere. All over the ground, my engine, the belts. The fluid would spray on my belt and make it all sticky and it would slip. I called to ask them what I could do about this horrible occurrence and they told me if I could get my truck to them, they would take a look. I told them I don't feel safe driving my truck all the way to them and that I would just like my money back for the pump so I can go buy a new one and put it in myself since it wasn't done properly the first time. They said that the pump was on warranty from the manufacturer and that I should just bring in the pump so they could exchange it for the replacement. They told me I had to take out the broken pump that they installed, bring it in to them, and they would take it in to get a replacement for it? That made no sense to me since I could just bring the part in myself and exchange it. so I started doing some research on the part and come to find out they charged me almost double for the pump. Not only that but it was the cheapest part their parts store sold. The helpful guy at the parts store told me that basically the only way that seal would break that fast is if when they were putting the pump together, they broke it. All I wanted was my truck fixed. And it ended up being worse. I got overcharged for the parts and when the part didn't even last 24 hrs, I couldn't get a refund. Though the customer service is nice and friendly, it didn't seem like I got the help that I wanted. I will not recommend that services be done here. More

Mackenzie and Jorge are great! I was able to drop off the vehicle the night before, pay online and have them lock the key in the car for me to pick up after they closed. 3rd service visit with promised parts for recall not available. Booked appointment 2 weeks in advance and waited 90 minutes before being told no parts. Service people blamed parts department again. Poor Service. Poor communication. I gave them my phone number and the staff said he would come and get me when my vehicle was done. He came past me several times through the waiting room. I text my wife a number and the staff said he would come and get me when my vehicle was done. He came past me several times through the waiting room. I text my wife and she said she received a text 30 minutes prior that me car was done. I went to the service counter and sure enough it was ready. Why did he take my number and then text a different number. Why would he say he would come and get me and them forgot about me. Additionally, it was hard to hear them, they need to speak up, my invoice reads that there are several things due on my vehicle that no one spoke to me about, and staff were not wearing masks. We are in a state mask mandate, this is in direct violation of state orders. I could call the health department and they would get investigated. More
I don’t have anything bad to say about Hudson Chrysler! They kept me updated throughout the process of fixing my Jeep and they abide by their complete warranty which is something good to be said!
