Service was good. However, process for redeeming rewards on Chrysler MC not known by employees. Bill Bush was great in helping to accomplish that, although time involved for him and me was ridiculous. MC on Chrysler MC not known by employees. I was told on phone when I made an appt for my 2020 Ram that I was due for a 12,000 mile service which included tire rotation, brake check, oil , etc. my wife brought it in and all they did was an oil chan that I was due for a 12,000 mile service which included tire rotation, brake check, oil , etc. my wife brought it in and all they did was an oil change with conventional oil. I only use synthetic so my wife made them do it over. They said tires were okay. They said when people make appts they talk to office in cities not Hudson Luther. Ridiculous and bad info was given. We were quite disappointed this time which was our first bad experience. I was happy they did oil Co a he over with synthetic at no extra cost though More
