The service station is not to blame for the problems with JEEP. I can't believe an air filter costs $53.00. I think the place schedules too much at one time and my service was delayed because of it. There were other customers who came in after me and went out very quickly. That always makes me question service priorities, The service rep somewhat bragged that they knew about problems with the seat movement but yet it took over an hour before they came to tell me about the broken piece which should have taken less than $10.00 to figure out. It is JEEP's fault for the design problem which would cost me over $850 to fix the seat over a $10.00 piece of plastic. I am not going to waste my money. I hate JEEP and always will. I will never recommend JEEP to anyone. I have to spend so much money to fix it I can't afford to get something that makes me happier, The bill states I approved things that I never really did approve verbally. I think you could be more truthful about things. I had no idea that it costs $15.95 for the 120,000 mile check. You could tell me these things up front, I would probably be OK with things but you just won't tell us up front. That is disappointing. More
