Although we have had service on our vehicles done here for almost a decade, this last one was very dishonest. Got new tires on my car and service stated I needed new rear shocks and provided me a quote. for almost a decade, this last one was very dishonest. Got new tires on my car and service stated I needed new rear shocks and provided me a quote. They later called me with an updated quote as the car needed load leveling shocks. The odd part was that I was told I was required to pay for the parts up front, which I have never before been required to do. At this point I declined ordering the shocks for my car. I ended up going to a different Chrysler dealership in Stillwater, MN to have the shocks looked at by them. After they had inspected my car they told me the shocks were fine and instead of the $1900 bill I had been quoted at Hudson for parts and labor I had a $39 bill and assurances that my car with less than 40,000 miles did not need new rear load-leveling shocks. The whole situation left me with kind of a bad taste in my mouth. More

Josh was very nice to work with and made sure to have all of the paperwork completed for the final visit. The only fly in the ointment was the new policy from Jeep about a having to now pay money to return of the paperwork completed for the final visit. LOL is this their new customer retention program, I would have thought that product would be enough of a retention program. Anyway, Josh and all of the people I came in contact with were excellent in their professionalism and friendliness. More
