Exceptional service, everyone from the customer service rep to the shuttle drivers were extremely friendly. Job was completed in a very timely fashion and even came with a free car wash! I recently had an issue with a vehicle I bought here. So, knowing I had an extended warranty (extra 3,000) I wasn't too worried about getting it fixed here. Well, that is where I was wrong !! I set up an ap knowing I had an extended warranty (extra 3,000) I wasn't too worried about getting it fixed here. Well, that is where I was wrong !! I set up an appointment and drove an hour on a Saturday morning to get the issue ( wheel bearing) resolved. Typically a very simple repair and not very expensive. Problem 1. Service didn't know my truck was under warranty by their dealership. Problem 2. Service told me they didn't have the part, I already know this would happen so I called another dealership ( Ford), and they had 6. So I offered to go buy one and bring it back to them for repair. 3..they then tell me they only have one tech on duty and might not be able to get to it and that the truck may need to go to Ford, now I've been here 5 hours already with not much hope in site of seeing them do much for me or honoring the warranty. Seems they could have had better intentions of resolving my issue, BTW, a wheel bearing swap out on a ford takes about 30-40 min. What a shame, while I waited to hear their many excuses I was eyeballing a brand new Jeep ( 54,000) , LOL they won't be getting any more of my money...... More

LOVE the vehicle pick up/drop off option that’s available now. That makes things so convenient especially as someone high risk for COVID. Every interaction with this service was AMAZING.
