This visit was much better than the last 3. We received a definitive answer to the automotive needs of our Jeep. There was no mixed information and we felt as if we were in educated hands. I dropped off my car on time for my scheduled appointment. Summer helped me collect information regarding the issue and my contact information. I told Summer that I was walking to Starbucks and w appointment. Summer helped me collect information regarding the issue and my contact information. I told Summer that I was walking to Starbucks and would have my phone on me since she told me it would be complete by the end of the day. At 4:15 PM, I had not heard from Summer regarding an update on my car so I texted the contact information that was sent to my phone via text message. When 10 minutes went by without a response, I called the dealership. Nate let me know that Summer went home for the day and she should have called me. At this point, it had been from 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM with no contact from Summer regarding my car. Nate was able to update me on my car, get me a rental car, and was very apologetic for Summer not following up with me. If I wouldn't have called, I would have been stranded in Hudson with no way to get home that day. When I arrived back at the dealership to pick up a rental car, Nate was again very apologetic and found me a rental car so I was able to make it back home. Nate went up and beyond my expectations to help me get a few things from my car and find a rental car before leaving. I was extremely satisfied with Nate's service and would give this a 5-star rating if it was based on just him. At 5:15 PM that day, I received a text from Summer stating she sent me a text earlier in the day with an update. I found it odd that I was able to receive that text from her at 5:15 PM stating she had texted me earlier but never received the text earlier in the day with the update. I am also confused why if she never heard back from me regarding an update, why she didn't pick up the phone and call me. When my car was ready for pick up the next day, I checked out with someone else besides Summer. At this point, I was paying $100 and I never once was informed what they found and fixed on my car. When I finally asked, I was directed to Summer at the other end of the table. I found it strange I wasn't checking out with her to begin with since she was in charge of my service. When I asked what time she sent me a text yesterday, she had it pulled up on the computer ready and was very rude when reading it off to me. I asked her if she had not heard back from me, and why she didn't pick up the phone and call me to inform me of an update and her response was "I'm not sure, I can't answer that question." As I said above, if I did not call for an update at 4:30 PM, I would have been stranded in Hudson with no ride home. If she would have apologized just once for not following up with me, I wouldn't be upset. I understand we are human and get caught up in the moment but it was the tone of voice she was talking to me in that caused me to be upset. When I asked her about the text I never received, I did not want it to be confrontational, I wanted to just understand the miscommunication but she turned it into something more intense than I wanted it or needed it to be. At the end of the day, she did not communicate with me and when she knew I was upset about it, she did not apologize or acknowledge her mistake once. It is upsetting Nate apologized for Summer's actions and Summer never did. I do want to thank Nate for his service Wednesday night when trying to find me a rental car and doing his best at that moment. I could tell her was juggling multiple tasks at once but he dropped what he was doing and didn't hesitate to help me. He was very apologetic for Summer's actions and apologized for something that wasn't necessarily his fault. More
