I use to feel confident bringing my jeep here but it seems on my previous oil change half my inspection was missed. I even have the paperwork to prove it. Apparently I had brake issues that were not noted during my oil change inspection that then got worse so I ended up coming back a month later due to noise and they tell me everything is bad all of a sudden brakes, caliper, radiator. Not sure how that all happened in a month nor do I believe it did. So I scheduled a real service appointment a week early with multiple confirmation emails and texts. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up at 8 am on 10/4/21, no one showed up so I tried calling and was put on hold three separate times for over 10 minutes each. The callback feature was not working either. I finally got a hold of service three hours later around 11:30am and was told my car was not on the list even though I received multiple confirmations that it was all booked and ready for pickup service. She let me know someone would be out to pick it up shortly. An hour later someone comes to get it at 12:30pm. It wasn't until 2pm that I then was told what was wrong with my vehicle and if I wanted to fix it. (Mind you I scheduled an early appointment assuming the problem would probably take time as my husband told me it was probably brake issues and we were now running at least 4 hours behind schedule so I didn't really have time to get anything done before I needed my vehicle back to leave work.) I needed at least 4 things serviced (brake pads/rotors, a caliper, a radiator, and 4x4 service) I was only quoted for two (a radiator replacement and 4x4 service) the other two prices were left out completely though the service was mentioned. I was also told they wouldn't have parts until the next day. At that point it was time for me to leave work so I just requested a detailed quote and to have my jeep returned. It took from 3:30pm to 4:30pm with no updates or contact to get my quote complete and send me an invoice for a brake inspection. (although I'm not sure why I had to pay to have them inspected since they should have been inspected a month earlier at my oil change appointment and were not). I had to call to see what was going on as she told me she was getting a quote and it was an hour later. Overall it was the most frustrating experience I've ever had here. I try to be easy as I know covid has caused a lot of different problems for different places this year but ultimately I'm disappointed in the way the communication was handled from the start when my jeep was never picked up to the end where I was waiting an hour for paperwork and was stranded at work until they had finished. I love working with all of the girls back there and don't blame them, I feel summer did what she could to help me but that clearly other things were going on there causing more issues for her and in turn communication issues for me. The detailed quote I received had printed data and written numbers so I wasn't exactly sure what the numbers were coming from or how they got there. I ultimately feel let down by the entire service department today. More

I really appreciate the service from Mackenzie and most of my experience has been positive. However, my old mechanic just retired and in my two visits to the dealership since I've had an issue each time. of my experience has been positive. After my first visit there was loud screaching from the front driver tire after a brake job. There was no noise before the visit. Maybe related maybe not but I got charged to fix the issue. Now on my most recent visit my emergency brake is no longer functional because it fell apart during some part of the service. It worked when I went in. I don't use this often so not a big deal but still annoying enough that my next service appointment will be elsewhere. More
The compass on this vehicle did not work from the time of purchase. I notified Jesse within the warranty period and was informed that there was an update due out for my radio that should resolve the problem purchase. The commitment was to upgrade at no charge due to the known issue with the compass despite the multi-point inspection performed by Luther delegating this Ram as a certified vehicle. I was not contacted to have the radio update installed by mid-August, so when I inquired I was told I had to bring my vehicle in for service to see if an upgrade was available, which I did. I was informed that there is no upgrade and it wouldn't help resolve the problem. I was offered a new radio to be purchased and installed at my expense for over $1,000. Does not sound like a great option for me, and not happy with Luther's inability to stand behind the warranty or the pre-owned certified label they give their vehicles--at least in my case. More
