I had an issue with a DEF sensor error on a 2014 dodge ram 3500 work truck. They trouble shoot the issue and communicated well by text. The shuttle driver Paul was very cordial. Even though this visit was not the largest work order I have had at Hudson Chrysler-Jeep, it might have been the best. I needed new headlights and wipers, and I had a small window of time to get this done have had at Hudson Chrysler-Jeep, it might have been the best. I called a service representative at 2:30 P.M. with hopes of getting in and out between 4:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. on the same day; he looked up my vehicle's history report, found the exact items I needed, and was able to get me in. Upon arriving at the dealership, my vehicle was efficiently taken in while I completed necessary paperwork with another service representative -- who went above and beyond the call of duty by adding a 10% discount (for an online promotion that I didn't even know about). I was told that the work would take about an hour; within that hour, I was updated on the progress on my vehicle, and the work was completed in about forty minutes. This is one of the reasons that I began coming here for service even before I bought a Jeep here. Nice work, Hudson Chrysler-Jeep! Thank you. More
