Staff members and other employees are very helpful and interesting to chat with. The work seems to be good and complete. But... an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation?? After sitting in traffic for an hour, and then at the shop for an hour plus - I am not sure I will come back. But that is my only complaint. The waiting room and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The quality of that work is always great and I trust my advisor completely. I was disappointed in this visit because they were supposed to replace my windshield with another genuine Mopar part, but I ended advisor completely. I was disappointed in this visit because they were supposed to replace my windshield with another genuine Mopar part, but I ended up with an aftermarket part. Took my wife's 2014 Cherokee in for 52k service. They went to update the software in the radio/emergency alert system. Fried the radio. This is the second time this dealership has fried the radio. They went to update the software in the radio/emergency alert system. Fried the radio. This is the second time this dealership has fried the radio...which takes out not only the radio, but nav system, crash notification, etc. Either the system is designed wrong, or the mechanic doesn't know what they are doing if it fries the radio every time they try to update it.
