The gal at the counter it was very nice but I found oil on my garage floor after a simple oil change so I’m not happy with the job. I was here to have a head gasket repair. There was no communication, I was told my vehicle would be done in 1-2 days it took 3 wks. No courtesy car was offered until I complained to the man There was no communication, I was told my vehicle would be done in 1-2 days it took 3 wks. No courtesy car was offered until I complained to the manager. I have never ever had service like this. They wanted me also to have a new timing chain for $800. I was able to bring a new one to them for $200. The vehicle is a Jeep Liberty sport 2012 , Kelly blue book is only $5300 top price. I feel I was totally taken advantage of. I had to tell them to only send 1 head in( the one that was mis firing) they wanted both. They had no parts once the head did come back. Even know it was in there for a head gasket. Non of this was acceptable. I will never purchase another jeep or go there for service. When I did call for a manager in service that took 2 calls and 3 days for a Response. More
