Scheduled my appointment for Thursday at 11:00 on January 6. By Thursday at 5:00 I received a call from the service writer saying my vehicle would not be seen until Friday, January 7. Ok, I can understand th 6. By Thursday at 5:00 I received a call from the service writer saying my vehicle would not be seen until Friday, January 7. Ok, I can understand that with parts shortages and chip shortages. On Friday January 7, around 2:00pm, The service writer finally calls and I get a list of items wrong with my vehicle. I pick the most urgent items according to my budget and have the service writer proceed with them to fix my vehicle. The service writer then tells me my vehicle won't be ready until Monday, January 10. I ask about a loaner, and no loaners are available. I am left to deal with no vehicle for the next three days. Not happy with the situation, but I'll adapt. On Saturday January 8, around 1:30, I receive a text stating my vehicle is ready. Just a text, no phone call. By the time I saw the text, it was 4:30 and the dealership closes at 5 pm on Saturdays. The communication between the service writer, Tom Hady and myself was horrendous. What was the point in making sure my vehicle was done early, and then not following through with a phone call to make sure I got the message my vehicle was done. Not every one is glued to their phone 24/7. More

Maintenance coupons are a ploy- it's not all included - the tire rotation apart if the service is not covered.
