Stopped in to look at a used car and drove it home, working with Joe was easy and with out pressure. I had been shopping for a year and a half for a vehicle upgrade. I decided on what I wanted after much research. I went in to another dealer to discuss ordering what I wanted and they told me they would upgrade. I decided on what I wanted after much research. I went in to another dealer to discuss ordering what I wanted and they told me they would call me in two days about it after they did a video conference call with Jeep about the 2022 models. Ten days later I grew tired of waiting for them to call me back and started looking for other Jeep dealers out further. While I was looking Luther employees started a chat with me and before I was done with it had even called me. These people did in 10 minutes what I was unable to get the other dealer to do in 10 days. I followed up with a visit to them the next week and ordered my Jeep. It got here well ahead of the expected delivery date. Great people to work with. More

Even though this visit was not the largest work order I have had at Hudson Chrysler-Jeep, it might have been the best. I called a service representative at 2:30 P.M. with hopes of getting in and out between 4:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. on the same day; he looked up my vehicle's history report, found the exact items I needed, and was able to get me in. Upon arriving at the dealership, my vehicle was efficiently taken in while I completed necessary paperwork with another service representative -- who went above and beyond the call of duty by adding a 10% discount (for an online promotion that I didn't even know about). I was told that the work would take about an hour; within that hour, I was updated on the progress on my vehicle, and the work was completed in about forty minutes. This is one of the reasons that I began coming here for service even before I bought a Jeep here. Nice work, Hudson Chrysler-Jeep! Thank you. More
