Set up an appointment three days in advance to purchase a car, arrived for my appointment and the finance person who was to help me walked out the door to take care of a personal matter and returned nearly 3 car, arrived for my appointment and the finance person who was to help me walked out the door to take care of a personal matter and returned nearly 30 minutes later. I completed an online loan application so the terms and paperwork we’re supposed to be ready when I arrived. I requested a 3 year loan, she said the paperwork was set for 6 years, so I should just pay double each month. I mentioned a 6 year rate and 3 year rate would not be the same. So she then started the whole financing piece over. I set up the advance appointment to ensure a quick process since I was taking time away from work. They were completely unprepared and never bothered to apologize or acknowledge the mess they created. Very poor experience. More
