Originally told the hitch would be another “$300 or so” when I purchased the vehicle. Was then quoted $1274 by the salesman, and “a couple hours” by the service rep. Wound up paying almost $1600 ($1400 w when I purchased the vehicle. Was then quoted $1274 by the salesman, and “a couple hours” by the service rep. Wound up paying almost $1600 ($1400 with the $200 coupon), and took over 6 hours. Embarrassing for you and angering for me. Deeply disappointed! More
