Used to be a big fan. I purchased a Dodge Charger last year along with the service package for a sum of close to $20,000. I'll be honest, the buying process was great. I thoroughly enjoy my vehicle and the service department is excellent. I was a huge fan of this dealer for over a year after purchasing my Charger. Unfortunately, here's where my relationship with them went sour... I called to see if there would be any interest in my Jeep that I didn't need anymore. I was told, "Sure, bring it down and we'll give it a look and throw you an offer". I brought it in, waited about 40 minutes for them to do their thing (test drive, inspect, run comparisons, etc.). To make a long story short, they came back and gave me an offer of $3,000 for a very, very nice Jeep that they would put on the lot for $9,000. This was nearly $2,000 under what NADA said was the trade in value. On top of that, I had invested over $1,500 in the vehicle in the last two months on tires and repairs which they were aware of. Without causing a scene, I left immediately. After not hearing back from anybody (they had my information, both phone number and email address), I wrote an email a few days later highlighting my thoughts in an effort to give them an opportunity to rectify the situation and keep a positive relationship. The response I was given was, essentially, "Come back in and let me show you why I gave you that valuation". So, expecting me to drive all the way back in to hear you kick my tires and justify your lowball offer is the best they could give me? No thanks. I took it to a dealership in Eau Claire a few days later and was offered $4,500 for it. Still low (in my opinion), but much, much more reasonable. I would recommend buying from them, but do NOT try to trade in or sell them a vehicle. You'd be better off donating it to charity as opposed to donating it to them. More

The sales rep I had talked with was Rob and he was informative, knew where the market pricing was at and ensured without being pushy that we were getting what we wanted. The credit department was second to none and helped me lock in a rate lower than I was able to get anywhere else. Not only that but I was always able to get a hold of the right when I called in and they were QUICK! I do not have a lot of time to sit around at a dealership and they were very punctual in making this process happen. 5 Stars, great dealership. More
Problem solved I had a number of suggestions that my engines lights indicated replacement of the catalytic converter which would have cost me thousands. Hudson Chrys I had a number of suggestions that my engines lights indicated replacement of the catalytic converter which would have cost me thousands. Hudson Chrysler diagnosed it as an oxygen sensor, replaced it, and the lights are now out. They also figured out why my Sienna van would not idle long enough to shift into reverse. Their service department was very friendly but professional. I also appreciated being able to make an appointment online on a Sunday night. That enabled me to get it in right away on Monday. They diagnosed my service quickly, called me with an estimate, and had the repairs done the same afternoon. Even though I have a Toyota, I will definitely return for future service. More
Service is great, but had one disappointment I've had my vehicle serviced at Hudson Chrysler the last several years, the quality of work is great. The issue I have is they pushed these oil change packs, which are a good deal. What they don't tell you is they are specific to one vehicle. The issue I had was, I had oil changes remaining on the packs I had purchased for my vehicles, but I traded in both vehicles, and when I went to get my oil changed on one of my new vehicles I was told that there was NO WAY to allocate the already paid for oil changes to my new vehicles for use! More

Al I'm a pretty frequent flyer at Hudson Luther from routine maintenance and repairs to adding accessories and after market parts on my Dodge Charger. Although everyone who works there is always friendly and very welcoming, Troy is usually the main person I work with when I go there. He has always exercised excellent customer service skills and taken care of me from the day I started utilizing Luther Auto. I feel that I can trust all the work and maintenance that they do to my car. I also love that they wash the outside after every visit so your car always leaves working and looking better than when it arrived! I appreciate everyone that works there, thanks for all your hard work! More
