Lacking knowledge I'm not here to slam this dealership, I'm glad the 2 star rating is "fair" since it suits this dealership. I came in for a transmission and clutch fl I'm not here to slam this dealership, I'm glad the 2 star rating is "fair" since it suits this dealership. I came in for a transmission and clutch flush and after 4 hours they told me they "figured it out", which I thought meant they were done, but just meant they found out which fluid to use. They then told me it would take another day to complete; when I arrived I was told the used special Honda transmission fluid to do the clutch flush which required dot 3 brake fluid; turns out the reservoir was completely black and unsure if they did anything at all. Upon returning home I find that my hood was never shut by them. I have been a long time customer with 3 of my vehicles in the past but this was the tipping point to find someone else. I have also emailed them letting them know and have not heard anything back. More
