That's a bad rate for top tier credit. She told me that was a good rate. Yea, sure it is. Then she said if I were to extend the loan from 60 mos to 64 mos w/ TD Finance the rate would be 4.45%. Yea, one month later I refinanced at 1.99% for 60 mos what it should have been all along. Be cautious of this so called 'good rate' from her. More

Excellent Service Department I had an appointment to service my Jeep that was mixed up by the call center and had to be rescheduled for a different day.
