There was some discrepancy in my bill for an oil change. As I compared this bill to my last 2 oil change invoices (same vehicle) there were 3 different choices and different records of what was done. However - each time I simply requested the same service - an oil change. The service writer tried to explain the differences in the bill away by using price increases as the cause - but the price increases were nominal. She didn't really seem to be able to explain the price differences clearly. Comparing previous invoices to current invoice on my own seems to indicate that I was charged extra labor costs for inspection work that would have been done previously without the extra labor charge. The other problem I noticed after I was driving away. The invoice references that the next oil change should be in 400 miles, however the sticker in my windshield references the next service in 3000 miles. This seems to be either a careless mistake, or unfortunately, a shady practice of getting people in sooner than needed for service. By the time I noticed it, it was too late to be worth my time to go back and ask for clarification. More

First had my truck a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 in for a seat recall a loose bolt? This didn’t fix the problem. I took it back in, for a feeling that the seat was still a little bit loose. Had to threaten to return my newly purchased car for them to say they have a loaner vehicle for me. Vehicle had problems the day after purchasing and was told there was no appointment or loaner available on to say they have a loaner vehicle for me. Vehicle had problems the day after purchasing and was told there was no appointment or loaner available on short notice. Once i threatened to return the vehicle all of a sudden they found a loaner car for me both times. I also had to bring the vehicle in 2 times in the same week for the same issue for it to be fixed properly. At the end of the day they did fix it, but took multiple trips and threats. Will not be purchasing another vehicle from here More
