Check tires and an oil change I called at the last minute and was able to get in , have them check my front tires for wear (which was fair) and decided to get 2 new tires and have I called at the last minute and was able to get in , have them check my front tires for wear (which was fair) and decided to get 2 new tires and have them put on so we could leave within 24 hours for a 3000 mile round trip. I also had an oil change. Ding the inspection of the tires they commented that the wipers were not very good so they were replaced also. In and out within an hour! More

She was so helpful and really listened to what I was looking for and acted more as a guide rather than salesperson. Not once did she put pressure to buy on me, but gave me the information I needed and answered my questions so that I could make the purchase decision on my own, which I greatly appreciated. When it came to financing the vehicle, Bridgette in the financing department was a ray of sunshine to work with. A process that I thought would be stressful was actually fun and I feel like I got a fair deal. A couple days after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed that there was a small alignment issue. I contacted Hudson Chrysler and they got me in right away and addressed the issue. There was no hassle, no negotiating, and most importantly, no charge. The members of the service department were extremely helpful and friendly as well and made the entire experience a great one. It's obvious that I can't say enough good things about my experience at this dealership, but my expectations were exceeded.
