Snowy Night I have been in the market for a Jeep Cherokee for some time now, since my 2005 ford escape with 235k miles was on its last leg. In my online search for a Cherokee I came across Hudson Chrysler and they had better prices then anywhere else. I found the perfect Jeep there for me with everything I wanted below my budget, and I had to have it. So it was a Monday in January and the weather man forecasted the biggest snow storm in 7 years to hit that afternoon. I knew I wouldn't have made it home safely driving my escape, and gave Johnny a call at Hudson Chrysler to see if they were even going to be open. He called me back and said he was staying open until 6. The roads were absolutely terrible, it took over an hour to travel 15 miles. I arrived at the dealership and said I want to look at and potentially buy a Jeep Cherokee, and Johnny set me up with the perfect one. I said I would take it if the numbers worked out. By this time the visibility outside was so bad and the snow was so heavy, I ask him if he and the staff just wanted to finish this the next day so everyone could go home. Needless to say they were going to make sure I left that night in my new 4wd vehicle for a safer commute. The finance department set me up and I was good to go, she was really great to work with too. My trip home was so much better in my new SUV compared to my old car. I couldnt thank everyone at Hudson Chrysler enough for staying late and making sure I would get home safe. Johnny even made sure I sent him text when I arrived home. I felt so taken care of with no worries or pressure, I will definitely be dealing with the team and Hudson Chrysler in the future. More

Poor service I had contacted the salesperson and told them I was coming to purchase the vehicle that day. I had provided all documentation and did their credit on I had contacted the salesperson and told them I was coming to purchase the vehicle that day. I had provided all documentation and did their credit online even though I had a pre-approval. They pulled credit right away so thought everything was good. however, the salesperson had to leave so she said another sales person would take care of everything. Absolutely nothing was done and I had to provide all the documentation again. He did not have time to spend with me and then told me the financial piece would take another hour because they were just starting the process. The financial person was awesome and totally the highlight of the buying experience. Afterwards, had to wait for the car for another half hour and the sales person could not even come out to thank me or ask any questions. He Durango has an issue with the headrests fold that I was not told about but will take it elsewhere for that and the tinting and clear coating that I want done due to the poor service More
