Lack of experience all messed up!!! Bought a Jeep we know nothing about! New salesman never went over options even. He was terrible to deal with barely friendly! My plates and registration got all messed up other then Bridget being very nice to work with it’s bern a terrible experience! Even the service dept was a mess, they didn’t have my appointment down, gave me no idea how long my vehicle would be with them or that it would be driven to Bayport for work! Everything was sprung on me or I’d have to ask! I have had nothing but a bad experience through n through....never again!!!! So unorganized!!!! More
