Continued repairs We brought the car in because it was overheating . It was repaired . Picked up the car , two days later it overheated again. Apparently , the issues w We brought the car in because it was overheating . It was repaired . Picked up the car , two days later it overheated again. Apparently , the issues were non related so we were charged another $100 dollars . This time is was a thermostat , the first time they replaced the radiator . We spoke to an adjuster and said these two repairs could have been rolled into one claim. We purchased this car at this dealer and have most of our repairs there. So Disappointed in the service here as of recent , we will not be back . I would not recommend it to anyone as well . More

Luther’s Hudson Jeep dealership makes a solid effort to offer reasonable pricing and the sales representative on the floor (Kyle) with whom we worked Luther’s Hudson Jeep dealership makes a solid effort to offer reasonable pricing and the sales representative on the floor (Kyle) with whom we worked was fabulous, but the overarching Luther enterprise was demonstrably unable to provide solutions to serious safety issues experienced in the 2018 Grand Cherokee we purchased in July 2018, that we ended up trading in this past weekend, after only 11months, on the purchase of new 2019 GC. A significant failure that was supremely frustrating. When you pay cash for two new Luther vehicles in the span of 11 months, you’d think the corporate team at Luther would know its customers more completely and provide some form of proactive support in an attempt to remedy our 2018 purchase of a new vehicle with serious safety concerns. Again, very frustrating and unfortunately an expensive outcome. I expect much more. More
