Poor Service. Poor communication. I gave them my phone number and the staff said he would come and get me when my vehicle was done. He came past me several times through the waiting room. I text my wife a number and the staff said he would come and get me when my vehicle was done. He came past me several times through the waiting room. I text my wife and she said she received a text 30 minutes prior that me car was done. I went to the service counter and sure enough it was ready. Why did he take my number and then text a different number. Why would he say he would come and get me and them forgot about me. Additionally, it was hard to hear them, they need to speak up, my invoice reads that there are several things due on my vehicle that no one spoke to me about, and staff were not wearing masks. We are in a state mask mandate, this is in direct violation of state orders. I could call the health department and they would get investigated. More
