I told my sales rep I was planning to refinance and wanted to see in the contract that there was no penalty for early payoff. We moved on with the paper work to where I was asked to start signing paper wanted to see in the contract that there was no penalty for early payoff. I reiterated that I needed to see the contract where it states there was no early payoff penalty This time he did provide the contract . Jake in finance stated that he knew I was planning to refinance if I could find a better rate and wrote the loan at 4.2% for 60 months. I texted Jake with the interest rates I was able to obtain for 60 months and for 48 months and that I would go with the 48 month rate. Re replied to me that he was able to match the 60 month rate. I replied to him that I had told him I was going with the 48 month rate and term and was still not interested in a 60 month term. He then replied that he could match the 48 month rate. Your company states that you try to do the best for your customers and we should be pleased and eager to take experience the Luther advantage. If you feel there is a Luther advantage regarding your doing the best by your customers, I think you need to take a look at what your "customer service" actually is in realty. More

I was told on phone when I made an appt for my 2020 Ram that I was due for a 12,000 mile service which included tire rotation, brake check, oil , etc. my wife brought it in and all they did was an oil chan that I was due for a 12,000 mile service which included tire rotation, brake check, oil , etc. my wife brought it in and all they did was an oil change with conventional oil. I only use synthetic so my wife made them do it over. They said tires were okay. They said when people make appts they talk to office in cities not Hudson Luther. Ridiculous and bad info was given. We were quite disappointed this time which was our first bad experience. I was happy they did oil Co a he over with synthetic at no extra cost though More
