First of all, Mackenzie MARTIN was a delight to work with. The work done on my son’s Jeep came to $3900+ and I don’t mind paying for good work. Was the work done well? But here is the problem: while the Jeep sat outside on your premises, the Yakima roof rack was stolen. I left the vehicle over the Thanksgiving holiday, so it is partially my fault. The rack cost, maybe $300, so it’s not a big deal...but just the fact that it happened leaves a tarnished view in my mind of your business. I won’t be back. More
