Salesperson and owner both helped me purchase a new car. Both were friendly, knowledgeable and they made me feel welcome. I thought this was a great on part of ownership in these tough economic times. This was the second time I bought a car from Hudson and I would strongly recomend anyone to shop there. I have also visited the service dept. several times and always had a pleasant experience. More

My husband and I had visited a few dealerships in our search for a used car. The interactions we had with several of the area dealerships was less than satisfactory as we felt the salespeople seemed int search for a used car. The interactions we had with several of the area dealerships was less than satisfactory as we felt the salespeople seemed interested in making a sale at any cost. For example, one said "the previous owner even put new tires on this _____....all we [the dealership] had to do to was put new tires on this." Happily, our experience with Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC was completely different. Indeed, we experienced no hard selling at this dealership. Soon after we arrived, we were provided with a sheet which listed each of the vehicles for sale as well as information on each one. This information really helped us to narrow our search. Once we had a few vehicles in mind, Justin Cook spoke with us about our choices. We found Mr. Cook to be very professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and willing to take the necessary steps to hold the 2008 Pontiac G6 for us. He managed all the details, which included his contacting our insurance provider, in a prompt and courteous manner. The attention paid to preparing the vehicle for us was excellent - - we felt like we were buying a new car! Each of the people we interacted with presented themselves in a very professional way. We will return to this dealership when we are again in the market for a car and will recommend Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC to others. More

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. I went there to purchase a used vehicle and found Bobby very helpful, friendly, and full of information that really h looking for a new or used car. He was great right up to the final signing of the paperwork and was as excited as I was about the vehicle I purchased. I Walked into the dealership to view a F350 I saw on the dealer's website. When I arrived I was greeted at the door and a sales associate was very helpful in showing me the vehicle. The Vehicle was exactly dealer's website. When I arrived I was greeted at the door and a sales associate was very helpful in showing me the vehicle. The Vehicle was exactly as described on their website and the test drove sealed the deal. Justin Cook was able to get the financing I needed and made sure my truck was up to par as far as service. I now have a beautiful black '08 Ford F350. I Would definitely return to Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC when looking for a car and would recommend them to a friend... We have always been part of the Buick family. As a child Buick was the car I rode in, and when I met my future in-laws they also drove a Buick. My wife and I have been customers of Mark Buick in Yonkers New Buick was the car I rode in, and when I met my future in-laws they also drove a Buick. My wife and I have been customers of Mark Buick in Yonkers New York since 1973 and we were saddened when they closed their business. However their service techs moved to local GM service areas and we continued to have our 2008 Lucerne and 2008 Lacrosse serviced by them. As the lease term drew to an end we were at a loss as to where to continue as Buick customers. We were fortunate to learn that Bob O'Connell Sr. was at a GM dealership in Yonkers. They did not sell Buicks but Bob's son was at Hudson Buick in Poughkeepsie. We drove up to see him on Saturday July 30. The selection of cars was great. We selected a 2011 LaCrosse and a 2011 Regal Turbo. Love at first sight. The paperwork was acomplished at that time and the cars were promised to us the following Monday and Tuesday. At those times Bob O'Connell brought first the LaCrosse on Monday and the Regal on Tuesday to us. He showed us how everything worked and was patient and he knew how to convey this information to us. My wife and I wish to compliment Mike Mullaney at Hudson Buick for allowing us to continue to be Buick owners and to thank him for having the familar face of Bob O;Connell,(Jr) to keep us behind the wheel of two new Buicks.
