I received excellent service from the moment I walked through the door at Hudson Caddillac. My sales consultant, Mike Vargas was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent much time with me going over all the bells and whistles of the car. I found a used car on CARS.com and wrote an email asking a few questions. Withen 2 hours I had received a follow up email and a phone call from Justin. I had very little spare time to physically go see cars so Justin offered to literally meet me half way between Albany and Poughkeepsie, ON HIS DAY OFF! I loved the car and was insured of the dealerships backing of their product in case something major went amiss. I purchased the car and arrived to a spotless, detailed, beautiful car. I have had a great experience working with Justin and would purchase from he dealership again solely on his reputation and very personal customer experience. More

4/11/2012 - I was told my old LW1 Saturn wouldn't pass inspection without almost $2,000 invested so .... Time for a new used car! I started my search where I had purchased the Saturn a few years ago. (It's, of course, no longer a Saturn dealership, but I won't mention the dealers name, here!). I felt like I was decended upon by vultures! I drove some cars and bought one I liked to my mechanic - he said this was broke, that didn't work, and the snow tires would have to come off - it wasn't "A bad car" but for the price, I could do better. I went back and behold! The price dropped and I was offered a two year warranty and many frills! I said I'd think about it. My mechanic suggested I check out Hudson Cadillac, Buick GMC near the mall - He had worked there for two years - said they were honest and trust worthy (two words which I think are very important these days), their cars were thoroughly checked out before sale and their after-purchase care was great. Well ... The sales staff was great! I was treated with respect and integrity! To make a long story short ... Yesterday I drove off with a used Buick. My purchase was way under $10,000 and I was treated the same way someone purchasing a $50,000 auto would have been. It wasn't just one sales person, they seemed to all work together and help each other to make things happen. They answered any questions I had, even the dumb ones without making me feel like a *** ! I am VERY VERY happy the way things went, and I could go on and on. It's really hard to find service like this around anymore! I highly recommend, if your looking, new or used, that you make these guys (and gals) one of your stops. And now that I'm thinking about it ... I am glad that I bought American! More

E National Sales Director with Mary Kay inc. This morning I had the absolute PLEASURE of picking up my new Pink SRX from Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC! Everyone made the experience exciting and memorable for me, my consultants and family members who came with me. When I arrived, the car was covered in a beautiful pink drape and when Tom Feenaghty (who kept in touch with me regarding the car's arrival and did all the paperwork etc)pulled it off, a bouquet of pink and white balloons sailed out of the sun roof! To say that we were WOWED would be an understatement. Justin Cook very knowledgeably and enthusiastically showed me all the features and told me all about what makes this car so special. I was welcomed by Bridgette Guarneri and Michael Vargas along with everyone else in the showroom. I will definitely let Mary Kay and Donlen know how superior this car delivery experience was (this is my 16th delivery and no other one came close!)and when I'm ready to buy my own Cadillac in 2014 (I will be retiring) I will certainly buy it from Hudson. Matt and the Hudson Team were wonderful and they helped to get us the perfect car. My husband called the day that we were supposed to pick it up and asked Matt to put balloons on my car for finishing my m to get us the perfect car. Matt went above and beyond and even remembered that it was my birthday and included a birthday balloon as well! It was very thoughtful. We traded in a vehicle and he made it a smooth transaction!
