I loved my experience with Justin. If you had asked me 2 weeks ago I would have told you the reason I don't have a new car is because I hate the car buying process, but that is no longer the case. Buying a car here felt like I was buying at a Mom and Pop Shop. They were friendly,informative, and easy going. There was no haggling and the price for my new car was very competitive. Even better- they offered more money for my trade in then even I thought it was worth. I could go on, but I think it is best you experience it for yourself...I can say this: I live about an hour from the dealership, but I have every intention of returning there for all services and future purchases. He found the cars I wanted to see ,went for the test ride with us, was very informative,answering all my questions and if there was anything he did not have an answer for he promptly got the answer when we returned from the test ride.I have not bought a car in a long time and was quite anxious but Orlando made me feel at ease,letting my son and I talk,think and decide,interjecting at times with great points or comments.Because of the way he handled himself I will be back to see him when I am ready to buy another car, I will also be sending people to him.
