I had a very positive experience from the momemt I walked into the dealership. Sam greeted me as I entered and he immediately starting asking me what I was looking for in a car. I told him about other dealerships that I had visited. Once he knew I was interested in the Buick Verano he signed one out for a test drive. The test ride went well and we went in to crunch some numbers. I left the dealerhip feeling confident about making a purchase. A few days later Sam called and we set up a time to finalize the sale. I met with Matt and Mike and was thoroughly satisfied with the attention I received. I love my Verano!!! More
I can not speak highly enough about the folks at Hudson GMC. Justin Cook took extra time to run through options to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. Justin is professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, friendly and passionate about what he does. His follow up was thorough and timely. He really went above and beyond to make sure he presented us with options and then took extra time to make sure we were in the right vehicle for our family. From making our family feel comfortable in the vehicle to setting up our bluetooth and On-Star, they left no stone unturned. We even received a hand written Thank You card from the manager, Don Cook to show us that even after we drive off of the lot, they didn't forget us! We were so lucky to have found Don and Justin. This is our third vehicle from Hudson GMC. The quality of service and integrity from these guys is second to none!! More

First of all, she didn't swarm and attack like a shark. She wasn't pushy and didn't try to talk me into something that I wasn't interested in. Throughout the process, she was patient as I changed my mind several times and attentive to every question that I had. What makes Bridgette exceptional is her professionalism, her honesty when comparing options, her deep understanding of the cars in the dealership inventory and her bright and friendly demeanor. Although the test drive on the car I purchased didn't take all that long, Bridgette managed to thoroughly explain everything from bumper to bumper with impressive detail. She covered the specifications of the vehicles we looked at with such detail you'd think she was on the line that built it. When it came to preparing the offer, Bridgette was a whiz. She explained every line of every form in a way that was easy to follow. As I threw option after option at her, trying to get the bottom line and payment to something I was confortable with, she was right there with her calculator to let me know the impact. In the end, I truly believe she got be the best deal I could have hoped for. Finally, what I appreciated most was Bridgette's attention after the sale was completed. She stayed by my side as I tried to figure out the various display settings, the Onstar program, the bluetooth linkage and even the radio settings. She wanted to be sure that I was completely comfortable and was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction with my new car. Bridgette was truly a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a car. More
I worked closely with the sales team, Mike, Tom and Glenn. They never rushed me, took a lot of time to explain everything for me, and kept looking for better lease deals for me. I went to other dealerships, and by far, this was the best expereience I had out of the four I visited. I am also very pleased with the GMC Acadia, and would recommend this dealership, the sales team and this car to anyone that ever asks me. Had a great experience buying my GMC Acadia. I love the car. My kids find it more spacious then my Toyota sequoia. I highly recommend the car and the dealership. I owned a 2011 BMW x3 and, wanted to get a car. I did not like the way the new series 3 drove. The pricing on the x5 was outrageous. My Dad always owned Cadillac's that is what I learned to drive many years ago. I heard that other dealers would buy out your lease, and I called Hudson. A very pleasant young lady answered that day at 9:am. I explained what I was looking for, she confirmed that Cadillac did indeed buy out leases. I am now happily driving a new 2013 ATS 4 cylinder Red turbo luxury Cadillac, and I am very happy I left BMW. I bought the car as much for the love of the car as for the sales person Bridgette. She was wonderful, from beginning to end with keeping me informed about locating the color, and all the options that I required in the car. I have owned a Lexus, then the BMW. My experience in the past with sales has not been pleasant. I am very happy with this dealership and, this sales person is a great asset to this dealership. Regards, Rosemary More
I had initially spoken to Mke but when I got to the appointment we had made, he had other clients that were supposed to have come in much earlier so he inttroduced Justin Cook to me to take over. Justin was extremely pleasant and we went out to look at cars and go for some rides. He explained the differences between the Malibu and he Impala and after some rides and discussion, I decided on an Impala. We went back to his desk and we talked money and coverage and what pre-owned certified meant. I was very pleased wih Justin. At the end of our meeting, he had to leave and a John took over the rest of the paperwork. I got to talk to Don Cook and he was very pleasant also. When John and I finished up and I was ready to leave, Mike came over to apologize for his not being able to take care of me and said he hoped all went well. I must say that all th gentlemen I spoke to were extremely wonderful and Justin was just fabulous. He took time with me when picked up the car to explain all the instruments and got all the phone, music, on-star, etc. ready to go for me. I found this car buying experience a wonderful one for me. I am a widow and although I had a friend with me, I was on my own financally, etc. Justin made things so easy for me and I am very appreciative to him. I have already recommended the dealership to one of my son's staff at his residence house. He loved my Impala! Thank you Hudson GMC for all your help, friendlines and kindness, especially to Justin. This dealership is not the closest Buick dealer to our home. We became disastified with the initial Buick dealer because when questioned about a discrepancy in the description and pricing of a vehicle the home. We went to Hudson because they were on the USAA preferred list of dealers. We were assisted by Dave Van de Water who was very professional, exremely patient with all of our questions (and a few changes in what we wanted). He remained true to his word regarding following up with us and on subsequent meetings never took us for granted, and was always eager to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Dave found our car though over 200 miles away at another dealership. When we learned the car was driven rather than trucked to Hudson, now putting more than 200 miles on our new car we were initially surprised and angry at not being told that was what was going to happen. Dave took time to listen to our concerns, explain why it was done, and then provided us with the all weather mats we wanted at no charge. The DMV transaction performed by the dealership and communication with our insurance company was smooth. When the day came to pick up and take delivery of our car, the process was smooth, efficient, and quick. Dave made the transaction a breeze and even gave us a personal gift that he obviously went out of his way to select and personalize. While this dealership is miles out of our way, we will continue to use them for our oil changes and servicing anticipating the service department is every bit as efficient and friendly as the sales department. While traveling out of our way to use Hudon, we would definitely consider using them again and recommending them to others. More

I found my experience with the Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC very pleasing. I'm happy that they honored their word and were very professional at all times. My husband had met Mr. Vargas on his inital visit an very pleasing. I'm happy that they honored their word and were very professional at all times. My husband had met Mr. Vargas on his inital visit and wanted to go back to their location after visiting a few others. I accompanied him on the return, and I immediately saw and felt as he did. Mr. Cook was extremely knowledgable and professional, but once I met the owner's son, I see that the staff has a strong leader. The owner should be very proud of his son, he represents what he has worked so hard to build.
