The first thing my husband told me when I asked him about what he found out at the Cadillac dealership, was that the salesperson looked to be about 18 but was very very knowledgeable! Bridgette was informative and friendly and efficient. She was very easy to get in contact with and we really wanted to give her our business. She spent all the time we needed with us without keeping us longer than we wanted. The dealership management was helpful and friendly and warm. The dealership itself is immaculate and accommodating and I even got to find out about a great new coffee flavor! We will definitely attend the information class they offer at no cost to make sure we are getting the most out of all the systems our new car comes with. Bridgette was really listening to us. She knew we take our dog with us in our car very often, and even though I didn't tell her I was picking up something to protect the back seat on the way to pick up the car, she gave us a gift of an upholstery protector especially for our car for our convenience with Cleo, our very large poodle! She had a lovely gift of chocolate and other goodies for us also. We really feel that we got first class service and, by the way, we just picked up the car yesterday, but ITS GORGEOUS AND WE LOVE IT!!!! We will recommend Bridgette and Hudson Cadillac often.
