I found a few ATS cars with option packages and colors I liked. Also, they have a great website. I was able to carefully investigate all the new ATS cars. I was able to find the perfect car in stock. Well done on the car ordering and the website. SALES CONSULTANT: I worked Bridgette Guarneri. She is really good at her job. She takes care of the little details that matter to make the customer feel at ease. She also knows the cars in stock. She knew what cars they had in stock, the options and where the cars are in the parking lot. I am a technology director and a college professor. In fact, I teach an automobile technology class. At no point did Bridgette give me wrong or vague answers related to the car’s technology. As for the sales process, she did all the right things, worked with the manager and made me a fair offer on the trade-in and price of the new car. Over and Above the Call of Duty: Bridgette said that I can contact her via text to her cell phone. This was a big help. She answer questions that I sent her at 10:30 PM at 10:50 PM. I did not expect an answer until she got back to work the next day. Also, Bridgette asked me about getting a refund on my extended warranty on my old car. I said that I don’t think MB would do that. This type of refund is not stated on the warranty documents. Well, Bridgette decided to try to get a refund on my warranty without me asking to do this. Well, she made it happen. I never thought I could rate a car dealership so high in satisfaction. As you can see from the employees we dealt with, it is a team at Hudson. The showroom and overall appearance of the parking lot were exceptional and orderly and very inviting. My wife and I were just out "looking" for a Crossover vehicle...a toss between the VW Tigura and Cadillac SRX which recently caught our eyes . We were greeted by a lovely Bridgette Guarneri along with her warm smile and sincere handshake and we immediately felt that we were in good hands with the many questions we had concerning this vehicle. Within a very short time, after an extensive overview by Bridgette of the SRX, our licenses were copied and we were in the car test driving it with her. There wasn't a question that Bridgette couldn't answer....and we felt we were in the best hands ever. We don't purchase cars very often...the last being in 2006...Bridgette made us so comfortable and knowledgeable enough for us to make a decision within 20 minutes after our meeting her and test drive.
