Manny made the difference. He was amazing. We had looked at an Acadia and wanted more info. He got us everything we needed in less than 24 hours and got us into a new car 48 hours later. I came to this dealership because they had one of the few used cars for sale in the Hudson Valley that met all my search criteria (it's hard to find a 4-door sedan with manual transmission). The sales rep, Bridgette Guarneri, listened to what I wanted and offered a fair price for the car I bought and for my trade-in. I was very happy not to be pressured to buy a different car than the one I had in mind. When I took delivery of the car, the shop had put on new brakes and 4 new tires. Furthermore, when one of my wheel covers fell off on my way off the lot, Bridgette called me to let me know they had found it. It wouldn't stay on, though, and so the dealership ordered me a new one, called me as soon as it arrived, and installed it for me. I felt that the staff at Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC, especially Bridgette, took good care of me. I am happy to recommend this dealership. More

From start to finish, Justin and Hudson GMC were absolutely fantastic. I did not feel pressured at all to buy a particular model and was given plenty of time to consult through email before actually absolutely fantastic. Bridgette was very understanding when we had to cancel the appointment with her and was happy that I was working with Justin. There seemed to be no race or competition to get the commission from anyone inside the dealership which was much appreciated. Of course, i got nothing but rave reviews of Bridgette from my parents visit with her. Justin made me feel comfortable and was very patient with all of my questions and hesitations. He truly went above and beyond to help me choose the right vehicle for me. When I picked up the car, he sat inside with me for an hour and showed me everything I needed to know and helped me sync my phone and onstar. He even brought my sister who was sitting in the back seat into the conversations to ensure that she wasnt left out or bored by the process. Not only was Justin fantastic, but his father Don who also works there was a pleasure to speak to as well. It felt like we were talking to old amity friends who just happened to be selling me a car.
