Justin and Don Cook were very kind and attentive to my wife and I during my multiple after-work-hours evening truck shopping. They both stayed late to accomodate me and my schedule. I got a fair and reasonable price for my trade and then again a good price on my new truck. One day we visited the showroom, it was Justin’s day off, and Glenn Dingee was more than willing to show us whatever we wanted on Justin’s behalf. Justin and Don worked with us to make sure we got the truck for the price we could afford. What a gorgeous truck! Every inch of the truck was shining when we picked it up. They also made sure it had a full tank of gas, which has not always happened when picking up other vehicles at other dealerships. Justin showed us all of the features on the car and helped us setup Onstar. We purchased many accessories and Justin helped us order them online so that they were dealer installed. Justin returned the old license plates for me as well and everything ran smoothly and promptly. I was interested in trading in my 2010 Ford Escape. I wasn't sure exactly what make or model I wanted to purchase. I was sure I wanted to go back to driving a car vs an suv. I wanted to see if Manny Pece wasn't busy because I wanted to see if he could help me and give me some advice regarding the cars I might be interested in on your lot. Manny did just what I asked he gave me all the information I needed and I was able to test drive the cars I liked. In doing this I was able to make an informative decision on what vehicle would suit my needs best. Manny was very informative and easy to deal with. He answered all my questions in a polite manner.
