Two weeks ago I had to take it in because the Hub was bad and had to be replaced, It was in the shop for 2 day's. On Tuesday my car ran hot so I called the Cadillac dealer nearest to me to have it looked at they told me they could not see it until Friday. I told them I could not drive the car like this and needed the car to go to work . They told there was nothing they could do. I called my son and told him what was going on with the car He call Hudson GMC and Tanya took control of the matter she told me to bring to car in right away and had a loner car waiting as so as I got there On Wednesday Tanya called my car was ready. It was a nice calm experience when you dealing with people who can take charge of a bad situation and guide you through it with no problems THANK YOU SO MUCH. I called the dealer nearest me and told them to cancel my appointment and I would not be doing business with them again. More

She was not just freindly and helpful - she is absolutely professional and thoroughly technically knowledgeable, and patient. She went out of her way to actually locate an available Terrain that perfectly matched our needs and wishes, and obtained it for us. She took her time and patiently walked us through all the financial decisions loan arrangements, and insurance, and then did all the paperwork for us. She knew everything there was to know about Terrains and our specific vehicle, and patiently explained to us every button and switch, including setting up Bluetooth for our cellphones, and OnStar. She even transferred all our belongings and tools from our old car to our new car for us, while we were on the car's OnStar activation call.
