I have bought 5 cars in the last 7 years, she clearly is the most knowledgeable salesperson I have worked with. Negotiations on price were serious, but always professional and courteous. Don understood where I was coming from and made the deal work. Last, and best, we decided to try to drive away with the car today so we would not have to make the 6 hour round trip twice. They did everything needed to make it work, and we are home with our new car and do not have to drive back to get it. First class operation. More

I called before my lunch break to see if the car was finished and the Tanya said she would get back to me and never did. I called again right before I was going to pick the my vehicle up at lunch and I was told that they didnt start it yet and that I would need to be patient because they were busy. WWhat'sthe point of setting up an appointment if it iisn't going to be worked on right away. An oil change only takes at most 20 minutes. I never got a call back about my car to let me know it was finished. I just had to take a cab there after work to find out when I got there that the car had been finished since 2 in the afternoon. When I asked what took so long and why no one got back to me I was basically told that they had more important things to do. More

Even when thw price was a little out of my comfort zone he went above and beyond to find a deal that worked for me. He was extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles on site. He knew everything about the truck I wanted even things I wouldve never thought of. I went to the dealership that 1st day "just to look" but ended up signing lease papers for my new truck after just a few hours and some test drives. Oh and by the way I drove 2 hours from Queens to the dealership in Poughkeepsie. Well worth the drive and look forward to continued business with Justin and the rest of the friendly crew at Hudson GMC. Do your research folks. Wonderful experience I was searching for an Impala LTZ and found one on the Hudson site on a Sunday afternoon. Shortly after I inquired about the vehicle, Justin Cook r I was searching for an Impala LTZ and found one on the Hudson site on a Sunday afternoon. Shortly after I inquired about the vehicle, Justin Cook responded to me in an email. I was surprised because it was Sunday and I knew that they were not open. After exchanging a few emails, I made an appointment to look at the car the next morning. I live in Newtown, CT, so it was about an hour drive to Poughkeepsie. When I arrived I was greeted by Justin and he showed me the car and took a ride with me. He had just washed it and it looked beautiful. I wasn't sure if my husband would fit in the car because it had a sunroof which often makes the cabin shorter. Don Cook, who was sitting next to Justin suggested that I drive it home and see if he fit. I was shocked because I live over an hour away. I drove it home to CT and my husband fit in it. The next day, we owned the car. Justin patiently went over all of the paperwork with me and I went home. We returned on Thursday night to pick up the car and Tim went over the paperwork with us, as Justin was busy. I was very happy with the polite manner and professionalism that Justin Cook showed towards me. I would definitely return to Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC to purchase another car.
