We purchased and drove our new car home on the same day! I would recommend Justin Cook and Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC to anyone looking to buy a new car. After past buying experiences at other dealerships, I wasn't very excited to go through the process again, but Justin made the experience awesome! Everyone at the dealership was warm and welcoming, but Justin blew us away. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He did all that he could to make sure we could bring the car home that day, even on New Year's Eve when they were closing early and he had plans. Despite running over their closing time, he took extra time to set up OnStar, pair bluetooth, add more air to the tires (it had gotten very cold), and give a full tutorial of the vehicle. He even followed up with a text the next day to make sure I had a good ride home and was enjoying the car--which I definitely am! Finding someone so committed to their job is rare, but should always be appreciated. When I'm eventually ready to buy another car I will certainly consider driving all the way back to Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC! Thank you for an excellent buying experience. More

A pleasurable way to lease a new car I bought a 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali using the Costco auto program. When I located the car I wanted through the internet, I contacted the dealer and s I bought a 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali using the Costco auto program. When I located the car I wanted through the internet, I contacted the dealer and spoke with Justin Cook. I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never used the Costco program before and wasn't certain if there would be some reluctance on the part of the dealer to complete the sale. He confirmed the SUV was still available and gave me the Costco price. No haggling, no issue. We handled the entire transaction over the phone and through email. 4 days later I picked up my new Denali. He spent quite a bit of time with my wife and me going over all the features of the vehicle. It It was a pleasure dealing with Justin. More
