Your guy is Holmes! Holmes has been patient with me since last January. I didn't find a used car that suited my budget. So he promised to keep in touch. Which he did. I looked at a used Pontiac which i liked. However Holmes and his finance manager had bigger and better plans for me. Somehow they worked their magic and got me into a 2015 Buick Encore. They got me big discounts. Also i was upside down on my trade. Ive always wanted a lease and they got me into one with no huge down payment. Made me happy. And now i can get a new car in 3 years instead of 7 or 10! Everyone was pleasant and encouraging and helpful. So far i love my Encore and plan for this to be a long term relationship with Hudson and Holmes. More

Great Experience From the minute we walked in to the dealership we felt comfortable, and knew we were in the right place. As soon as Justin started talking about the car, we immediately felt at ease, and couldn't wait to get into the car. He knew more about the car and the product than I expected. Having teenagers isn't easy, and Justin had to deal with our whole motley crew. He never made us feel that he was bothered by us. Sad to say we went to a competitor down the road before going to Hudson and it was a huge MISTAKE. One that we will not make again. The entire staff at Hudson made us feel like we were never a bother and that they were there to help put us in the right car. We will continue to purchase cars from Hudson in the future....remember I said we had teenagers ;-) More

Unexpected purchase My original purpose in visiting Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC was to test drive a Canyon, which I did. While nice, it didn't measure up to the full size My original purpose in visiting Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC was to test drive a Canyon, which I did. While nice, it didn't measure up to the full size 5.7L truck I was accustomed to. Rather than loose the opportunity to let a potential customer walk out the door they took the time to find out more about what I needed and was looking for, point out the incentives and improvements to the Sierra, and were super responsive to providing a test drive in the truck of my choice, lickety split. Bottom line, Bridgette and Michael M did the amazing. No hard selling, just showed me some features of interest, a test drive and presented some awesome incentives on the Sierra SLT and that was enough to persuade me to abandon my loyalties to the Tundra. As A PR professionally I always look for a "wow" factor. These guys achieved it. No question about where my next vehicle will come from. They made the entire experience a total joy and they treated me like the knowledgable person I am. No hassle, no pressure, just nice people and very good coffee! More

That's all I said and went home after my car was serviced. Apparently that's all I had to say. Within a day or two I received a phone call from Justin who had been working on getting what I wanted.
