Best Car Dealership I visited several other dealerships in the area and thought I was treated pretty good,my opinion quickly changed upon walking in Hudson Cadillac Buick I visited several other dealerships in the area and thought I was treated pretty good,my opinion quickly changed upon walking in Hudson Cadillac Buick Gmc. Firstly we went in 1/2 hour before they closed and Justin answered our questions about the Buick Encore in full detailed, asked if we wanted to take a test drive, which we did and loved the car. We got back around 8pm (closing time) and Justin still answered questions for us, never once rushing us or pushing us into a purchase. He made us feel so welcome. We decided we wanted to purchase the car and Justin took care of all the paper work that evening. By the time we left it was nearly 9pm. He called and text us with information the next day (which was his day off) and told us we could pick up the car Monday. When we picked up the car Manny took care of the delivery since Justin was on vacation, he was equally a pleasure to work with. The professionalism of everyone there was Incredible and everyone was so personable and knowledgeable especially Justin. I Would highly recommend them to everyone. More

We had talked to numerous d This was our most pleasant car buying experience to date. We found a great deal on line at Hudson for a GMC Acadia Denali. We had talked to numerous dealers prior to Hudson and all of them either jerked us around or mislead us. We found everything Hudson told us to be accurate and straight up. They were willing to work out a deal over the phone which was important to us since we were several states away. Bridgette Guarneri was our sales person and she was great to work with and the best sales person we've ever dealt with. She never gave us any sales pitches or exaggerations and was responsive to all of our questions. We found her to be very knowledgeable about the car we were buying. She really eased our concerns about a long distant purchase and helped work out a deal that made it affordable to just fly up and pick up the car ourselves although she had also worked out arrangements for shipping as well. Bridgette just made the whole experience such a hassle free experience and took care of everything for us. The GMC Acadia Denali we bought from Hudson is a dream and a perfect fit for our family. "Excellent car buying experience" I was in the market for a new(er) car and decided on a Fleet 2014 Chevy Impala LT Limited. Noticed online Hudson had several available. A friend menti I was in the market for a new(er) car and decided on a Fleet 2014 Chevy Impala LT Limited. Noticed online Hudson had several available. A friend mentioned (who had bought several vehicles there),to ask for Sales Specialist Cliff - glad I did! Met with him, explained the vehicle I was interested in, and my budget. Showed me the cars,answered all my questions in a patient, professional manner. I chose a model, and he quoted me a fair price. We met with Bus. Mgr. John to go over the loan terms and warranty details in clear concise detail. Cliff never tried to upsell me - he dutifully followed my budget limitations and the "numbers" were to my satisfaction. The loan terms through Ally were excellent. We went to contract and Cliff again explained every step in detail. I was also given "CPO" inspection report and maintenance items performed. Thanks also to Service Dept. staff for answering tech. questions I had regarding my new car. Overall,an excellent car buying experience! More
