Bought a great car We knew we wanted a Buick, and this is our local dealer. We hadn't been to any Buick dealers in the past and weren't sure what to expect. We also keep our cars for a long time, so don't really deal with car dealerships often. The experience couldn't have been better. We looked at a few cars at this dealership in August with Justin, but didn't buy. It was great to go in and look without being pressured to buy or being hounded by phone calls. We enjoyed working with Justin, so when we went back in late November we asked to work with him again. He spent a couple of hours with us helping us narrow our choice to two cars. Then we came back again to choose between the two, and Bridgette helped us with the purchase. Everyone we met at Hudson Cadillac, Buick, GMC was very professional and friendly, and especially helpful about all the technology on the car. We're very glad that we purchased from Hudson Buick. Painless experiance We went to look at a 2012 Acadia, the one we wanted had a deposit on it. Tracy Paulet was our salesman. He showed us every other used Acadia on the lot and took us on a few test drives. We settled on a '13 and Tracy and Justin made the buying experience go smoothly. The both of them were polite and very personable. I was pre- approved thru a local bank, they still did the leg work and found me a better interest rate. They did all the required paperwork and even transferred my insurance for me saving me a few phone calls. When we picked up the car the realization was made that didn't have a trailer hitch as we were told. Tracy and Justin gave us a few options to solution the problem and let us decide what to do. We are getting a hitch installed at our first oil change. More
