He never rushed us or made us feel pressured. When we couldn't find what we wanted he took our information and promised to keep looking for us. (This was in direct contrast to another dealership where we were told to check their site ourselves and then call him.) The manager even stopped by to chat and offer some helpful tips. "Great buying experience!" We were looking for a 2015 slightly used Chevrolet Malibu and saw one online at Hudson. We took a ride to the dealer on a Wed. night to see the car. We were greeted and helped by "Our new friend and salesman Holmes Lindsay IV". He took us through the process of testing out the vehicle to final purchase in a smooth and non-pressured manner. When we picked up the car, he took the time to go through all the cars systems and controls and got the "Onstar System" set up and the Bluetooth paired with our cell phones. The owner, Mike Mulaney even jumped in to answer any questions we had throughout the process.
