I decided to work on cleaning up my credit and waiting for the new Buick Envision to arrive. It was worth the wait. Bridgette was also helpful in recommending features and colors. She walked me through all of the features of this vehicle and there are many! She also helped negotiate through all the steps involved in trading in my old car and getting my new one on the road, despite problems getting in touch with my insurance agent. My first expierience with GMC Holmes who was my sales consultant is by far the best I have ever had . You can tell he loves his job and cares about the customer and not just about Holmes who was my sales consultant is by far the best I have ever had . Flawless and fluid Sales execution Tim greeted us upon entry and it was smooth sailing from there. It was exactly what we were looking for and there was little need for negotiations as the price they quoted was more than fair. A quick finance application and we were back 2 days later to pick it up. Tim stayed in contact regarding status of the vehicles preparation, title, insurance etc. We spent a total of less than 3 hours, including test drive, and we drove away with a new car. Traveled to buy the truck of my dreams! I drove from Connecticut to Poughkeepsie, N.Y. I called him and made an appointment, It was challenging to find a ride there and Traci told me if I couldn't find a ride he would come pick me up! I got a ride and was there the next morning for a test drive. After the test drive I dropped my license in the parkinglot, it was "all hands on deck" to look for it ....to no avail! I placed a deposit on my Chevy snd started the smooth sales process, and drive home! As I walked in my front door, traci called me to say they found my license! And overnight rd it to me. Traci personally delivered my truck to me in Danbury, Ct. That following week! What a wonderful experience start to finish. More
