I had already made several purchases at Hudson. Each experience was better than the previous one. Bridgette and Justin make a great team and are very thorough. Bridgette knows about the products she presents. Ask her a question about a feature of the vehicle your interested in and she explains and demonstrates in a way that's easy to understand. Justin Cook is fantastic. He works hard and is very creative. My sons goal was to purchase a car, and Justin reviewed financing options without sugar coating anything. He set a realistic, honest expectation. Once my son decided to purchase from Hudson, I accompanied him, reviewed and test drove his choice, and guided him regarding certain decisions. We both left the dealership feeling he had made the right choice, and that Bridgette and Justin had done a great job guiding my son through the process. Thank you both. Hudson Review I made my first purchase from Hudson Cadillac. I have previously had family buy vehicles from Hudson who were blown away by their customer service and I made my first purchase from Hudson Cadillac. Needless to say I was highly impressed with the customer service I received as a first time buyer. From the beginning, Bridgette was phenomenal. Scheduling a test drive was effortless. As soon as I arrived, the vehicle I was hoping to test was already pulled out to the front of the dealership upon my arrival. She took the time to carefully explain all the features of the vehicle I was looking at and pointing out differences amongst other models. Her knowledge was impeccable and was able to answer any questions I had. After coming back with family, Justin and Bridgette were able to go over all the details of the car, giving feedback regarding updates to the car that had been made.
