Friendly, Painless and Paying Attention Holmes was great to deal with from start to finish. I decided to see what GM had to offer and went to look because I was still undecided after all my Holmes was great to deal with from start to finish. Holmes was never pushy and didn't give up on me even though he knew I was only there to look. He listened to my brief description of what I was looking in a truck and he said I'll be back in a minute with one and that I could take it for a test drive. Well that was a complete miss, I guess I never said anything about what colors I did or didn't want. Then number two came down off the hill and that was the one, if I decide on GM. I took it for a drive, chatted a little more and thanked him for his time and out the door I went. The next day he made a courtesy call to me and I said that I was still undecided. The following day, I called him to say get it ready and I'll be in that afternoon to finalize everything with him. Well this happened to be his day off and his birthday. He came in anyway see it all through. I don't think I could have asked for a friendlier person with knowledge of what he was selling. Thank you Holmes and Hudson C/B/G (Matt) you were great to deal with and I look forward to it again in the future. More

From leasing my truck, to servicing it to finally purchasing it off lease. There are other vehicles out there I like better then a cadillac or GMC, but because of the quality service I receive everytime I go there, whether it be dealings I have with Justin Cook or Ryan Farrel it is a simple no-brainer. Here is the most recent experience I had, my lease was up, I texted our sales guy Justin Cook, to let him know we wanted to keep the truck after the lease. I told him how long I wanted the loan for, etc. Took me all of 3 minutes to answer his questions. 2 weeks later I walk into the dealership to sign the papers to buy the truck, all the papers are sitting waiting for me to sign, everything was taken care of, I was in and out in 15 minutes. No hassle, no fuss, no stress, no hidden fees, no extra add on selling or anything, it didn't even feel like I was buying a truck. Afterwards I found out that Justin Cook was not a sales guy anymore, he was the manger, but he just went and took care of us personally. What does that tell you about the quality of the people at this dealership. Because of these experiences I am heading back to them to buy more vehicles. I would give this dealership a 6 star rating, they are better then a 5 star rating. More
