I wanted to purchase the CT6 Plug-In hybrid, of which no dealer in the northeast had one in stock.Long story short, he had one shipped from Georgia to Poughkeepsie for me when no other dealer where I live, which is in New Jersey, would even consider helping me find one or else they knew nothing about this type of car. He kept me informed, sent pictures when it arrived, and even gave me a price on the 2 cars I was trading in sight unseen,only from pictures I sent. They trusted me, didn't treat me like a thief. After my daughter and I drove the 2 hours, we were greeted in the parking lot by Trevor. All paper work was done in advance and all I had to do was sign. Trevor went over and explained every inch of this car which is like a computer with wheels. That alone took over an hour but I was never rushed,of course some things I have to look up again. I received a follow-up text the next day and he answered and sent links on some questions I had on charging the vehicle. He has done everything but drive 2 hours south and wash the car for me! I am a senior citizen and have bought lots of cars in my lifetime and never received the service and as a woman the respect as I have gotten from Trevor. I have in the past even walked out on people who wanted to speak to the "man." It is worth the drive to go there and if I trade it in before I die I'm taking another trip north.
