My wife wanted a particular make and model with certain features and I had a set price in mind that the sold vehicle met. We were a little discouraged and almost went elsewhere but william reassured us that he would personally make sure to find and match us with the perfect vehicle. William reached out to me daily, kept us updated and delivered on his promise. I was very impressed and glad I didn't go to another dealership when william contacted me and told me the vehicle he new we wanted was in. It was exactly what we wanted. Stress Free Car Shopping I wasn’t ready to buy anything new yet but getting rear-ended and losing my vehicle made me start looking. After a lot of research and looking online I wasn’t ready to buy anything new yet but getting rear-ended and losing my vehicle made me start looking. After a lot of research and looking online I did find a GMC Canyon that has exactly what I wanted and it was at Hudson’s Buick in Poughkeepsie. Mike Vargas was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way make sure Iwas comfortable with what I was buying (this was replacing a 2003 Dodge Dakota) and explained all features to me. We were also surprised we got a 50” TV. He even picked me up at the train station the day I was picking up the truck since I had no ride to the dealership. Thanks again! This was an extremely pain free purchasing process. After the purchase (and signing every piece of paper under the sun) he sat with me in the truck to set up the OnStar and reviewed again the features and the remote start, since I never had that before. Thank you again. More
