If I could give 100 stars I would’ve given it without a second thought. I’ve dealt with multiple multiple dealers dealerships in my 50 years, my last 3 car purchases have all been Cadiliac’s at my local de second thought. I’ve dealt with multiple multiple dealers dealerships in my 50 years, my last 3 car purchases have all been Cadiliac’s at my local dealership in the Albany New York area. Otto Cadillac. I’m not bashing Otto, I always thought they treated me as second class cause I don’t wear a suit (not all millionaires wear suits) but being that I love Cadillac’s and not waiting to travel 100 miles to the next Cadillac dealership i did my business there. My last experience with Otto had me at leaving the brand I couldn’t make myself go to them again. I was on Autotrader one day and was looking for a new car but found myself back on Cadillac’s, here we go again. Hudson Cadillac of Poughkeepsie had the one I wanted. We communicated via text for 2 days if I had a question and it was 10 o’clock on a Friday night, he had the answers. Ok yeah no biggie typical sakes man getting the sale done. Nah, it was more, more like trying to get to know someone wasn’t just quick answers really communicating. The next day Saturday, I drive 2 hrs with a check in hand for my new caddy, this guy got me.. We show up, cars out front all pretty and ready to go, he’s got gifts and all, that wasn’t good enough for my wife tho lol she wants 1 more thing and he says no problem, I’ll mail it to you we don’t have that in stock and he did just that. We leave, everything was great I finally felt like there was no judgement and was treated with respect. Later that night I get a text from Justin Cook the salesman not knowing til later he wasn’t just a salesman but the general sales manager that I’ve been dealing with the entire time asking me how everything was, my ride home, etc etc. I told him I had 1 issue with the car and that I would bring the car to Otto Cadillac to fix cause I didn’t want to drive again 2 hrs to have them look at it, he said if I had any issues to call him immediately. I called Otto the next morning and they said 2 weeks out on appointment’s, so I send text to Justin and he says no way your waiting 2 weeks I’m coming for that car and that he did. To truly find someone who actually cares about how I feel tells me a lot about their character of a person not just a salesman. This is the “Cadillac experience” I’ve been waiting for for years. I finally got it... So thank you again Justin for bringing me home again where I belong. I found a new home for my future Cadillac’s.. So if anyone does get to this point of reading all this go to Hudson Cadillac in NY you won’t be disappointed. I have had great experience with sales in the past here. It’s a waste when the service department is so terrible. They are rarely honest, they don’t care about know defective issues. Then the repair that was suppose to fix the issue did not and they don’t want to fix along with GMC. Garbage company with horrible customer service. More
