Their service is horrible. I've scheduled service multiple times that they have rescheduled it to only fail again. These service appointments include a " claimed "Cadillac pickup and drop off from m multiple times that they have rescheduled it to only fail again. These service appointments include a " claimed "Cadillac pickup and drop off from my home which is one of the reasons I chose Cadillac. I am a disaabled Veteran who needs this service. I am seriously thinking of trading my Cadi in for a real luxury car like Benz or Lexus that live up to customer commitments. They told me to call the morning of my scheduled dates to have them pick the car up. I did that and left messages on the Service managers phone. I did not even get a courtesy call back to reschedule. This happened more than once. I worked with Steve the manager of service. HE is not listed below More

So I bought a 2018 Buick Encore over the phone, no test drive, no personal visit . Alan Rothermel made the sale, (good salesman, very pleasant, knowledgeable, easy to deal with) closed the sale in 10 minu drive, no personal visit . I'm also very comfortable with your dealership this is my 6th vehicle purchased from Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC. I did not see the car (only from picture on your website) until all of the paper work was complete and paid in full. Alan spent 1 hour with me reviewing all paperwork including warranty etc (Outstanding Sales person). In addition another 45 minutes in the car setting up all the features, On star, Bluetooth phone, satellite radio, etc. My wife is very happy with the new vehicle, so, so am I. After getting lost following mapquest from Wayne NJ to Poughkeepsie NY we were fortunate that salesman Mark Bolger knew where we were and finally got us to the dealership about a 1/2 hour later than we sh Poughkeepsie NY we were fortunate that salesman Mark Bolger knew where we were and finally got us to the dealership about a 1/2 hour later than we should have been. I purchased a pre-owned 2018 Impala from Mark-he took the time to test drive the car with me and review the car with me thoroughly and was quite knowledgeable about it even though they don't sell new Chevrolet vehicles.
